Starting Out..

Well, we have our land.  We purchased an old ranch that was for sale.  A thousand beautiful acres.  The house we will keep I think, as well as the barn.  They're in fairly good condition.  The out buildings we havn't decided on.  We could keep them, but they will need plenty of repairs if we do.

The land itself is truly beautiful.  With lovely meadows, plenty of forest, and we even have our own lake and creek running through.  but the best thing of all, is the location.  We're a full two hours drive from the nearest town.  I absolutely love the isolation, and it will be very peacefull for the dogs.

Going to breed a variety of dogs here.  Big plans, but we will start out slow.  Sort of ease our way into things.  No dogs here at the present, but there will be.  We have to get everything ready for them first.  Going to build the kennels up near the barn.  We're planning to convert the barn into a clinic.  Got to hire a full time vet to come work here.  It's too far from anything to rely on outside vetting.  And having our own vet and clinic on site will give added peace of mind.
