Just purchased another puppy. A beautiful black and silver siberian husky girl. We adopted her from Sleepy Hollow Kennels. She is a beautiful, well mannered girl and we're very pleased to have her coming to stay with us.

We will soon be getitng a Siberian Husky. A while back we gave Goddesss one of our breeding beds, and now she has decided to give us a puppy form the litter she used the bed for. Isn't she nice? You will remember Goddesss, from the FFk. We used her stud lance in the breeding to get our beautiful Pom boy Sandy. The adult Husky's Goddesss used to breed this litter are both owned by Saiki. We're not sure yet what kennel she runs, but we'll look into finding out. We got the kennel for the small breeds complete. It's all clean, and warm and ready for our little Sandy to grow up. For now, he resides in the nursery, which we added on to the back of the vets office. Our new vet (yes, we did make a decision and hired one) specially requested this addition. He thinks it is better for the puppies to remain in the nursery, rather then going straight to their kennel. So, figuring he would know bets, we agreed, and added on the nursery. There is room in there for up to four litters of puppies atm. We can always expand later if need be, but we don't anticipate the need. Well, it's been a while. Between the bad weather we got from the hurricanes (we only got the bad weather effects from them, not the actual hurricanes themselves, thankfully!). And My Ali coming to visit from Berlin.. well, we've been a bit busy. But Ali has returned home now and things have calmed down some so we can get back to work. I'm majorly depressed, with another long lonely year ahead of me before I can see Ali again. But keeping busy should help to pass the time. Well, we have our land. We purchased an old ranch that was for sale. A thousand beautiful acres. The house we will keep I think, as well as the barn. They're in fairly good condition. The out buildings we havn't decided on. We could keep them, but they will need plenty of repairs if we do. |
